polite staff restaurant staff comfortable beds
The reception staff was very polite. They accommodated my early arrival. the restaurant staff was professional. they met my needs and were very cheerful. I thank them all! special thanks to stavros and izzy, they were always assisting with a smile. the rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds.

the location allows very easy access to several dining options, i noted many places within a short walk. the hotel is near the city centre, it is only a short distance away on foot, approximately five to seven minutes.

staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful, they ensured a smooth and quick check-in process. the staff were available to assist with any questions, they provided prompt and courteous service. i felt very welcome .

the restaurant has a stylish bar, it provides a relaxing atmosphere . the restaurant offers a variety of meals, there are also options for specific dietary needs. i found the dining area very clean.

The room was spacious and clean.
I found some issues that affected my experience. The warm kitchen wasn't fully operational one day. This limited breakfast options. The coffee was not good. I had to pay extra for a better cup at the bar.

efficient staff spacious room excellent location
The staff were friendly and efficient. The bar area was clean and well-stocked. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a refrigerator, and ac that worked well. i found the location to be excellent, with the train station just a short walk away.
the sink in the bathroom did not have a lot of counter space.

the hotel is centrally located with easy access to various restaurants and shops. everything i needed was close by, and the train station was only a ten minute walk, very convenient for getting around the city.

breakfast included continental options, juices, tea, coffee, and a selection of hot food. the choices were diverse, and the food tasted good, a strong start to each day because i enjoyed the breakfast options.

Kerry and dominique were especially helpful, checking on guests. all the staff were friendly and went the extra mile to ensure everyone felt safe and comfortable. I felt reassured .

The room had an iron, ironing board, kettle, cups, glasses, pans, cutlery, plates, and towels, and plenty of pillows. I especially liked the shower and the cubicle. the bed was comfortable, and the apartment was very clean.

The room was nice, with options to prepare my own meals or use the breakfast provided. i could make the room quite dark. This is unusual for me. the location was great! though the parking was expensive. friendly staff were always available.
